Stretching & Conditioning

Stretching & conditioning teaches you how to stretch certain parts of your body to improve flexibility as well as maintaining stamina. 

  • By stretching your body with a variety of dance "toys" such as the Flexistretcher, foam rollers, yoga blocks and other equipment, your body will learn how to properly move throughout technique and dancing in general.

  • To condition your body, we will provide numerous amounts of workouts for your legs, arms and abs, which are made for building endurance and keeping up with your stamina (which will be a life saver when it comes to dancing!).
